A potential property  vendor will write an email to propcart@username.co.ke with the intention to partner with Propcart and be listed. Below are the requirements the property should meet:

  • Free from any legal or Financial Issue
  • Fully Subdivided & beaconed
  • Ready Individual Title Deeds
  • Graded Access roads
  • Property Fenced

The vendor should also have an administration team to handle the documentation and the ability  to process individual title deeds once payments have been made.

Yes. All properties listed under Prop-Cart have gone through a thorough step-by-step due diligence starting with the Legal then to Valuation then to Surveyors checks. 

No, it’s not free, Propcart charges an agreed listing fee with the vendor, based on the nature of the property to be listed.

Any property that has undergone the due diligence process.

Titles will be processed within 45 days after completion of payment

There is no minimum size of parcel requirement for listing as long as the property is fully
subdivided, beaconed, and with ready title deeds.

No, you cannot, the Propcart team is responsible for listing your property after the due diligence process is complete

Any type of property ranging from Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural land can be sold using PropCart
